COVID-19 SAFETY GUIDELINES AND RECOMMENDATIONS

 

Tips to attend in-person events:

- Keep physical distancing whenever possible and good hygiene habits.

- Book flexible flights and check the accommodation policy of your hotel in the unlikely case an event couldn’t take place. If this happens, we would refund you the full registration fee.

- Register for the conference well in advance. Should the number of participants on-site be limited because of the development of the pandemic, registrations will be handled on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis.

Covid-19 testing options:

- A Covid-19 testing station is located in front of the Marriott Frankfurt Hotel, next to the conference venue. It offers free antigen tests. You can find more information here. Also, here is the concrete location of the center.

- There is a Covid-19 test center next to the conference venue. Please note that you have to book an appointment in advance and that the website is just available in German. You can find more information here. Also, here is the concrete location of the center.

- Another option is taking antigen tests or PCR tests at the Frankfurt airport. More information is available here.
