CSI Frankfurt 2019: Catheter Interventions in Congenital, Structural and Valvular Heart Disease

CSI Focus Device Development

Dear Colleagues,

Interventional cardiology is one of the fastest growing fields in medicine. There are more and more methods for treating patients with what were formerly highly invasive surgical procedures by less and less invasive means. This is especially true for the field of congenital, structural and valvular heart disease, where the treatment of all kinds of intracardiac defects, various causes of heart failure, valve repair and replacement can now be performed with new transformational technologies.

Now in its 5th year, CSI Focus Device Development and its dedicated expert faculty have continued to evolve the program. Bringing together cross-functional experts to discuss the journey from innovative idea to viable company and/or investor exit, special emphasis will be given to funding challenges and practical solutions. Case examples will focus primarily on the above-mentioned fields; however, other novel therapies will also be included.

WHY ATTEND?

  • In this fast-paced arena, it is key to stay abreast of critical regulatory and reimbursement changes
  • Case examples from entrepreneurs, engineers and physicians provide valuable learning and discussion
  • Faculty include renowned global experts and an opportunity to network and seek guidance

We look forward to seeing you at CSI Focus Device Development on Wednesday, June 26 and encourage you to attend the full 4-day program of CSI Frankfurt for a general update on congenital, structural and valvar heart disease guided by key opinion leaders from all over the world.

Horst Sievert, Sameer Gafoor, Todd Brinton
