Learning objectives:
Attendees of this scenario-based hands-on workshop will be trained in the use of the WATCHMAN FLX™ device. Working in groups of no more than 3 people and using a Mentice Virtual Reality simulator, the participants will practice various implantation techniques for confident LAA closures of three challenging anatomies. The training will also involve an interactive module with reviews of the PINNACLE FLX 24 month data, case reviews by four virtual faculty members, and contemporary learnings of the importance of the PASS™ Criteria from Boston Scientific engineers.
