CSI 360° Hands-on training

CSI Focus LAA 2025 will bring BACK AN EXCITING FORMAT of hands-on training!

This two-day training program offers a hands-on learning experience for interventional cardiologists who are early implanters in LAA closure. CSI 360° is an independent program, designed by physicians for physicians and the training will be run by leading experts in the field. Participants will benefit from the didactic sessions of the CSI Focus LAA conference in addition to intimate training sessions on every step of the procedure and the most commonly available devices.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Physicians (IC, EP or imaging specialists) who have performed less than 10-15 cases, irrespective of which device they used. Training is aimed at early implanters.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
- Highly practical learning sessions on all you need to know about LAA closure
- Physical and computer simulation-based training on the following topics:
  - Pericardiocentesis
  - Femoral vein puncture
  - Transseptal puncture
  - CT and TEE pre-procedural planning
  - Step-by-step implantation of the most commonly available devices
  - How to deal with complications (device embolization and peri-device leaks).
- Didactic sessions including the latest studies and trial data, IFUs for the most commonly available devices and case based scenarios on challenging cases and complications
